Housing Companies – Maintenance and Repair Responsibilities 2014 defines in more detail the distribution of maintenance responsibilities between a housing company and shareholders concerning the various systems, parts and devices in apartments. The distribution of responsibilities has been clarified with illustrations.

The booklet is based on the Housing Companies Act and it has been established in co-operation by the lawyers and engineers of the Finnish Real Estate Federation and Kiinteistöliitto Uusimaa.
